Senator Ihenyen is the Lead Partner at Infusion Lawyers, Nigeria’s first virtual law firm, where he provides legal, policy, and regulatory-compliance consultancy to innovators. In the tech policy advocacy space, Senator is a former President of Nigeria’s blockchain association, Stakeholders in Blockchain Technology Association of Nigeria (SiBAN), where he was a leading advocate against Nigeria’s central bank’s ban of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in the country’s banking and financial system. A former General Secretary of the Blockchain Industry Coordinating Committee of Nigeria (BICCoN) where he currently serves as the Legal & Compliance Officer, Senator is the Founding Editor of Crypto Asse Buyer (CAB) and the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the Virtual Asset Service Providers Association (VASPA).
