I am a journalist, documentary maker & MC who has covered news, economics and Bitcoin stories on the African continent since 2017. Having lived in the Ivory Coast, Tunisa, South Africa and Morocco and produced on the ground investigations from Kenya, Ghana and Cape Verde, I’ve seen and documented ways in which Bitcoin is shaping Africa’s future. The video I made covering Gridless’ off grid mining project in Kenya has racked up over 200,000 views. On youtube it is called “africa’s secret off grid bitcoin mines”. The shorts/reel I have made about bitcoin in ghana and cape verde have more than 50,000 views across platforms. Similarly content I have made about Bitcoin in South Africa has circa 40,000 views. Due to my love for and my continuing travel across Africa, I have become a source for stories on the African continent. I try to cover the stories that many in the West would shy away from.
