Robert Damilola is a marketing and growth strategist with deep expertise in Africa’s fintech and Bitcoin ecosystem. He currently serves as the Head of Growth and Marketing at Bitnob, a leading Bitcoin-powered financial services company. In this role, Robert has played a pivotal role in driving Bitnob’s expansion across multiple African countries, spearheading strategies that have significantly increased user adoption and brand visibility on the continent.
Beyond marketing, Damilola is passionate about community building and talent development. He also leads the Bitnob Developers Community with over 5,000 members. Through both virtual and physical training programs, he has helped train hundreds of Bitcoin engineers across Africa empowering developers to build with Bitcoin and contribute to the global open-source ecosystem.
With over 9 years of experience spanning advertising, product marketing, and strategic growth, Damilola combines data-driven decision-making with a deep understanding of local markets to scale tech products effectively.
