Advaxe Ndayisenga is a software engineer, open-source developer, and Bitcoin advocate dedicated to advancing financial sovereignty and grassroots adoption across East Africa. As the founder of My Satoshis, he focuses on designing exchange gateways that seamlessly bridge the Bitcoin Lightning Network with local mobile money infrastructure, enabling frictionless, peer-to-peer financial access.

Advaxe serves as the Team Lead at BitDevs Gitega, where he organizes technical meetups, code reviews, and developer bootcamps to mentor the next generation of African Bitcoin protocol engineers. As Co-founder & CTO of both Free Tech Institute and BTC SHULE, he integrates open monetary protocols and Lightning development into regional training programs and hackathons, actively building robust, community-driven tools for financial inclusion and digital independence.
