Freddie is the CEO and co-founder of BHODL plc, a UK-listed Bitcoin treasury and Lightning infrastructure company, which runs Lightning nodes and provides liquidity to the payment network. He is also a former lawyer and co-founder of Bitcoin Policy UK, though which he has campaigned to resist the introduction of Central Bank Digital Currencies and to promote good and thoughtful policies regarding Bitcoin in the UK. Raised in Zimbabwe and now resident in the UK, he has previously spoken at the ABC in both Nairobi and Mauritius and is excited to return.
