Elliot David is a Director focused on Digital Infrastructure & Energy Access and Head of Climate Strategy at Sustainable Bitcoin Protocol. He works at the intersection of Bitcoin mining, clean energy, and global development – demonstrating how sustainable Bitcoin mining can accelerate the energy transition while addressing energy poverty, the digital divide, and financial exclusion.

A climate-tech operator and former Schwarzman Scholar, Elliot has served with the U.S. Department of Energy, the Clinton Foundation’s Islands Energy Program, and multiple initiatives supporting youth and clean energy across Africa. He educates policymakers, miners, and climate stakeholders on Bitcoin’s potential as flexible demand that monetizes stranded renewables, supports grid stability, and brings critical infrastructure to underserved regions.
